New Things Soon...

So... It's been a while.

I launched this website almost a year ago and posted several posts about my life, views, and ideas. At the time, I was working in retail and had just gotten accepted into grad school, thinking that much wouldn't change in a year.

Boy, was I wrong.

I changed jobs, started grad school, and then moved out of my parent's house into one of their rental houses. All in about a year, maybe less. That threw everything I planned for this website out of the window because my whole lifestyle and schedule had changed.

I finally got back to writing about a month ago, then had other ideas in different avenues for a while before I decided to pursue those as well. So, you'll see some music posts and videos coming up soon. I have the equipment; I have to learn how to use it, which hopefully won't be too long.

So, what else to expect? I'll post to my social media more often and may include other platforms. I have an Instagram, a Tumblr, and a SnapChat, but I may expand to YouTube for long-form content, like behind-the-scenes of projects I'm working on or even some vlogs and live streams. No TikTok, though (privacy policy freaks me out).

Now, something you may have noticed: my previous blogs are gone and my Instagram has been wiped. That is because of where I am in my life. I will most likely be posting more personal things later down the road, but I want to establish what this website will be and what I will do, first and foremost. I want to show my creativity and my ideas and see what happens.

That's the beauty of the Internet today: anything can happen. People are able to create their own TV shows, movies, careers, whatever, on the Internet. People can do things that were previously insanely difficult to do as little as five years ago. If that happens to me, great. If not, this is a great creative outlet regardless of whatever happens.

So, that is what is going to happen and a little bit of my view of the Internet. I hope you guys stick around to see what happens and enjoy this ride with me.
